Work Starts on Phase 3

Work has started today, 9th June 2026, on our next phase of External Drive-Up Units.

Workmen were on site to start laying underground trunking for the Data Cables and CCTV cables that we will use to operate the Units.

This will give us another 14 Customer units of our highly sought after 45 sq ft and 70 sq ft Storage Units, these units have been so popular that we've had  occupancy of between 90 and 100% since they were first introduced and this has meant we've had to implement our Third Phase.

We hope to have the Units available for our Customers by the end of July 2026
